  • What do I need to know before hiring a Pretty Luxxe Kreations?
    Design is a collaborative process – we try our best to understand what you are looking for, but we can’t read your mind! The more specific feedback you can give us, the more we can refine our designs to your requirements. If you “can’t put a finger” why something isn’t working for you, talk to us!
  • Do you offer other graphic design services that are not listed on your site? ​

  • What is the turn around time?
    Turn around times are listed in the details section of the product or service. You will be advised with an update of your turn around and/or revision time throughout the project. Turn around times do not include weekends and holidays. Business working days are Monday-Friday only.
  • Do you accept deposits until designs are finished?
    We DO NOT ACCEPT Partial Payments Of Any Kind.
  • What website platforms do you offer website development and design services for?
    We offer website design services for Shopify, Wix, GoDaddy, Wordpress clients only.
  • I have placed my order. How should I send my design details? ​
    Allow up to 3 business days for your order to process. After your order has been processed and reviewed, you will receive an email from customer support with your brand contract and invitation to join our client portal. You will then be able to submit all of your design details, inspiration, and more using our brand submission content forms.
  • How much will my project cost?
    We give estimates based on your project. We will need more information about what you are getting and what we need before we can do that. Contact us, and we will reply with an estimate of the time required and a suggested budget.
  • Who owns the finished design?
    Our fees include licensing for all designs we create specifically for our clients. Licensing for all assets will be included in your invoice, and all documentation will be transferred to you after the final invoice is closed.
  • Can you do it right now?
    It is sometimes possible for us to do rush orders for an additional fee. Send us a message as soon as possible, and we will get back to you to let you know if we have space in our schedule for a rush order.
  • I have placed my order. How should I send my design details? ​

  • What website host do you design websites for?
    We offer website design services for Shopify, Go Daddy, Wix, Wordpress clients only.
  • Are design projects refundable?
    All sales are deemed final and non-refundable after contract agreement is signed, and onboarding has begun.
  • Do you accept deposits until designs are finished?
    No partial payments or deposits will be accepted. All payments are due in full.
  • Do you offer trademark services?
    Unfortunately we do not offer any business related patent, trademark, or copyrighting services. Feel free to contact your city and state business administration office to receive information about the legal documents and requirements for your location and brand type. You may also visit USPTO website for trademark inquiries.
  • Why should I work with Pretty Luxxe Kreations?
    A design agency will simplify your life and save you money over time due to our knowledge, experience and expertise in the industry. We keep up with current design and market trends, and help you arrive at the best solution for your business. We help you avoid the costly trial-and-error and unnecessary fees associated with creative projects due to our knowledge of the industry. Also, our experience in the field will enable us to create custom solutions according to your specific needs. If you have a unique problem and are not sure what to do about it, talk to us! We love the challenge of creating unique solutions for our clients. Furthermore, we are happy to coordinate directly with printers, web hosting and domain companies, and other agencies – all so you can rest easy while we get the job done.
  • What do I need to know before hiring a design agency?

  • I do not have a desired theme or concept in mind. Can you freestyle my design? ​
    Yes. We will communicate with you to help narrow down your desired content, as well as offer the proper marketing and branding advice. However, we will not generate your business name or taglines.
  • Can I edit my templates in canva?
    We design content templates in photoshop, however, if you would like a diy Canva template service you would have access to our full designing experience. Canva templates require an additional $40 fee. Invoice to be billed separately
  • What size layout are the templates designed on?
    We create square shaped and rectangle shaped content templates that can be used as a standard post, or story and reel post template.

    Unfortnately our content kits are available to purchase at a minimum quantity of 4.
  • How do you determine which type of templates that I need?
    You are required to enter your desired template texts, photos, and aesthetic on your brand questionnaire form. If you would like them freestyle, you may advice so on your questionnaire form.
  • Do you have a list of template types that would be useful to target my audience?
    We can recommend certain types of templates specifically for your brand. Common templates include: a daily, weekly or monthly series, a contest or giveaway, sharing relevant content, hosting or joining a challenge, how to tutorials, problem and solution templates, meme templates, client reviews and customer spotlight templates, polls, behind the scenes, asking followers questions, fill in the blank and more.
